Our facility spans three floors, offering a secure and controlled environment specifically designed for the optimal preservation of your vehicle. The storage areas are fully dehumidified, maintaining a constant 50% RH (Relative Humidity)

Exterior wash off using Autosmart professional products

Vehicle checks include:
*engine oil levels checked
*coolant levels checked
*Battery health checked
*Mileage, Fuel level and vehicle registrations id
All the above are photographed and an inspection is emailed for your peace of mind
Tyre pressure increased for storage to prevent flat spotting
Soft cloth cover provided and fitted & included in the photographed and videoed inspection
Designated parking bay
Daily inspection of storage area and parking bays
Exit procedure carried out:
*Report of fluid levels with advice of requirements
*Tyre pressure reset to manufacturer recommendations
*Battery condition report with advice of requirements
*Vehicle condition check with wash off if required

Our storage packages and storage terms are tailored to suit all your requirements. Including external storage for cars, motorhomes , caravans boats & trailers.
Our pre-storage preparations include.
Initial entry procedures will take place .
We would require 24 hours knowledge of a vehicle’s arrival.
Professional handover
Vehicle will be allocated a unique ID with recorded data and report facility
A dedicated parking bay.
Exterior wash off using Autosmart professional products.

*coolant levels checked
*Battery health checked
*Mileage and vehicle registrations id
Tyre pressures inflated to prevent flat spotting during storage.
A soft cloth cover will be provided (unless a cover is not required) and a drip tray provided.
Condition appraisal report and photographed / videoed and sent to you
*Battery CTEK conditioner connected.
Exit practices.
We would require 24 hours knowledge of a vehicle’s exit.
